Our Terms & Conditions may change occasionally, please ensure that you accept our terms and conditions before placing your order.

General

  • All prices quoted on this website include VAT unless specifically stated.
  • All prices quoted on this website do not include postage & packing unless specifically stated. For details of these charges click here.
  • All sizes and burning times are approximate.
  • Payment in full must be received and cleared before any items are despatched.
  • We will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order in plenty of time.  However, we cannot accept responsibility for orders that do not arrive by the required date.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive your item damaged you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement.  If we request that you return the damaged item the return postage cost will be reimbursed in full.

Personalised Items

  • It is the customerís responsibility to ensure that any images or words that are supplied to us are free from commercial copyright
  • We reserve the right to refuse any wording we feel may be offensive or any images that we deem inappropriate
  • Faulty personalised items will be replaced free of charge. No other returns of personalised goods will be accepted.

Returns

  • All returns should be sent to our registered address.
  • We will take no responsibility for items lost in return transit to us.
  • If you change your mind about your purchase of non-personalised items you should inform us within 7 days of receipt and return the item to us for a full refund (excluding any delivery charge).  The item should be in its original, saleable condition with its wrapping intact. In this case the customer will bear the responsibility and cost for the return postage. Please ensure that you wrap items adequately.  We are unable to give refunds on items that are damaged in transit back to us.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or we have made a mistake.
